        Please follow the link https://digital.icol.com/#/Registration and register your entity, indicating the company’s whereabouts, as well as the e-mail address of a prospective account administrator (in most cases one of your employees). Within 48 hours a notification with the confirmation of registration, login and link to create the password will be sent to the indicated e-mail address.
        Either a company’s chief manager, or a designated employee. An administrator will have access to all section of the platform: will be able to monitor employees’ activities: to add new users, to grant their access to certain sections – if it is necessary to fulfill their duties.
        Yes. The platform allows executing a variety of tasks, having Marketing, Sales, Procurement and other Depts. active within one account.

        To ensure information within the account is actual (rotation of banners and look-books, the newest presentation materials, most actual events and other advertising campaigns). To distribute the workload in segments (Sales/Procurement).

        To reach the set goals it is highly desirable to have several Departments working together.

        Marketing tasks, related to account design and actual information feed; monitoring of events/online exhibitions that take place on the platform; creation of the company’s own events.

        Marketing Dept. or its representative can manage polls and polls’ data collection.

        Sales Dept., including product managers, uploads collections, photos and prices; distributes products to warehouses; performs agreements on preorders, confirms and processes orders.

        Procurement Dept. purchases parts, materials and accessories related and necessary for manufacturing.

        Yes – if a designated employee is ready to fulfill both the tasks of account design and upload and further operations with collections. It depends on tasks set and employee’s availability.
        Yes. For the comfort of your operations there is the “Help Center” section: with the articles and interactive guidelines on the platform’s functionality. Apart from that your Personal Manager will be accompanying you on on-boarding stage: providing webinars, answering all your questions, acting as your connection link with Tech. Support, if necessary. We also have guidelines as PDF files – which we can send you via e-mail.

        About the company

        ICOL is a international group of companies with its headquarters in Barcelona, Spain. It emerged in 2019 over LACIT (Laboratory of Digital Technologies) company that has operated since 2017 in the sphere of innovations and technologies and is the resident of Belarus High-Tech Park since 2018.

        ICOL Group was initially founded as an international innovative business, where subdivisions and branches are responsible for their own development projects in the framework of general programs on manufacturing and technologies. The Italian branch consisting of Sales and R&D Departments opened in 2020 in Milan. Apart from commercial activity in Europe, the branch is also dealing with AI and Machine Vision development.

        As of today, ICOL Group operates six development centers and commercial offices in four countries (Spain, Italy, Belarus, Russia). The total quantity of staff engineers exceeds 300 people.
